Party @ Display & Costume is happy to announce Confetti`s Celebration Club! As a member of Paper First Affiliates, a national group of
locally owned party stores, we are able to offer an additional discount opportunity
for our customers. By joining the Club, you will receive discount coupons valid
at any PFA store location including all three Party @ DSI stores. This will not
affect your current email subscriber status with us as the Club list is a separate
program. It is entirely voluntary and like our list, you can opt out at any time.
